INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
1-on-1 Sessions Focused on Your Emotional Wellbeing, Peace of Mind, and Improving the Management of Your Life

Therapy is a partnership between a client and a therapist. You bring a willingness to explore the issues and feelings that led you to want to seek therapy and to take next steps that we discuss. I will bring a listening ear, non-judgmental attitude, patient accountability and knowledge of therapeutic practices.

We'll meet 1-on-1 in 45 - 55 minute sessions using a secure virtual platform provided by Ruth's Place.

FAMILY THERAPY
Collaborative Sessions Focused on Resolving Conflict and Improving Communication​
​
Family therapy is a collaboration between each member of your family and your therapist focused on exploring sources of conflict and developing the skills that can help your family to work through future conflicts more successfully. You bring a willingness to listen, explore issues that may be uncomfortable, and practice the skills discussed during sessions. I will bring a listening ear, non-judgmental attitude, patient accountability and knowledge of therapeutic practices.

Sessions will consist of a mixture of 50 - 60 minute individual and group sessions using a secure virtual platform provided by Ruth's Place.

Group Therapy
Our group sessions provide an opportunity for you to grow in community, learning with and from other participants who are prioritizing developing in some of the same ways that you are. Guided by Ruth's Place therapists, sessions offer participants a safe space to:

Share their experiences and questions

Hear from others navigating similar situations

Parenting Workshops
These virtual workshops are designed to provide parents & primary caregivers therapeutic tools to:
